Schaller's new S-Locks feature one-piece hardened steel strap buttons and an unique Lock-Wheel with 3-step locking system. Also they are fully compatible with all existing Schaller Security Locks and with Rockinger Lock Pins!
The solid strap button features a 4 mm/ 5/32“ screw with self-tapping wood thread and is easy to install. Simply mount it with an Allen key (size 3 mm). Fits all existing strap buttons incl. Gibson for perfect replacement without adjustments on existing holes and screws. Felt washers are included.
The Lock Wheel with patented self-locking thread can be turned on it by hand. If you think that's not safe enough take a 2 mm or 5/64’’ Allen key or screwdriver to tighten it for maximum security. You may also attach it permanently with the set screw.
Schallers neue S-Locks beinhalten 1 Paar einteilige Gurtpins aus härtestem Stahl, 2 Schlösser sowie patentierte Sicherungsmuttern mit dreistufigem Sicherheitskonzept. Die S-Locks sind kompatibel mit allen früheren Schaller Security Locks sowie mit Rockinger Lock Pins. Der Gurtpin ist aus einem Stück gefertig und hat ein speziell gedrehtes 4 mm-Gewinde für satten Halt im Holz. Zum Einschrauben benötigt man einen 3 mm Innensechskantschlüssel (liegt nicht bei). Die Gurtpins kommen inklusive Filzunterlegscheiben. Das Lock-Wheel kann schnell mit der Hand angezogen werden und hat eine Art selbstsicherndes Patentgewinde. Wer es gerne noch sicherer hat, kann einen 2 mm Innensechskantschlüssel oder Schraubenzieher durch die 2-Loch-Aufnahme stecken und das Wheel dann mit dementsprechender Hebelwirkung noch fester ziehen. Zu guter letzt kann das Lock-Wheel noch mit einem Edelstahl-Gewindestift fixiert werden.
