Bei den Klinkenbuchsen von Pure Tone wird der Klinkenstecker am Plus-Tip und an der Masse mit je zwei Kontaktflächen fixiert. Das sorgt für eine vergrößerte Kontaktoberfläche, einen unglaublich festen Halt und eine dementsprechend störungssichere Signalübertragung.
Die Farbvariante Black Nickel ist nicht tiefschwarz sondern eher anthrazitfarben.
